Lay down your head....

I've been unusually tired this weekend. We've been running around here and there since Friday night. It got me thinking about the perfect pillow to lay my weary head upon. Something soft, cozy and colorful. If you threw in some crochet here is what they would look like. A good movie and an afghan and all is perfect with the world!!!

This granny starburst pillow in sunshiny pinks and oranges would be perfect for a little afternoon nap.

Roller Coasters...

It's a hot summer today and the perfect thing to quench your thirst would be a big pitcher of lemonade, huge glasses of ice and a small breeze. It got me to thinking about coasters for glasses. There are so many patterns for coasters and so many cute designs. So take a sip of that tangy lemonade and set it back down on a handmade coaster perfect for the summertime!

Stacked!

One of my favorite images when I cruise through pages and pages of photos to spark my imagination are crochet square stacks. I find them to be works of art in their own rite. The height, the colors, make each stack unique onto their own.  So when searching for a topic this morning I came across some really creative looking stacks. Maybe you will become inspired to start an afghan or create you own stacks that are colorful and high!
